Recently we’ve heard from the Bill Hawkins family in Australia, the owners of the sail boat, Transpac 4955 "Vagabond Heart". They told us the exciting news that they are the second Australian family to sail this yacht around the world!  There can't be many sailboats that have accomplished that challenging feat!  We are proud of it.  A brief summary of the trip and wonderful pictures on our website.

Eagle 40 New Deck Plans - May 2008
New galley layout for lastest Eagle 40.

The island has removed and sink and storage are now located against the pilothouse bulkhead. So there is additional counter space on starboard side. The whole saloon has been opened up and the effect is very nice.
